Private Guided Norway: the first activation round
Private Guided Norway is a strong first example: a community with clear expertise, its own stories, concrete offerings and international potential. The first round also helps us test whether this is the group with the most interest and the clearest need.
In this round we gather, through a simple onboarding process, what the guides offer and who it suits. We also collect what makes it distinctive, the practical frames and contact points, local experience, stories and recurring guest questions, and what the guides themselves want help with.
The format adapts to the group. Some guides prefer conversation and guided collection; others can contribute more directly themselves.
