Anintelligencelayerbuiltfromrealguideknowledge

Norway Booking turns the expertise of guides and activity providers into an intelligence that can lead guests to the right person, provider or channel. The page has three parts: the intelligence itself, the limited activation rounds, and the principle that you keep ownership.

The Norway Booking Intelligence

The intelligence is an AI knowledge layer built on approved material. Knowledge is collected from guides first, and from activity providers later.

Only approved material goes in. The aim in the first phase is to build the knowledge and the model, not to build a complete booking system from day one.

From Conversations to Knowledge

A simple onboarding process captures what matters. The format fits the group: some prefer guided conversations, others contribute directly.

What they offer
The offers and who each one suits.
What makes it distinctive
The qualities that set each offer apart.
Practical frames and contact points
The practical details guests need.
Local experience and stories
Local experience, stories and recurring guest questions.
Where they want help
What providers want support with.

A guest or partner discovers a relevant offer, gets the information needed to assess it, and is led on to the right person, provider or existing channel.

Limited Activation Rounds

Norway Booking onboards actor groups in limited, well-defined rounds. Private Guided Norway is the first example: a community with clear expertise, its own stories, concrete offers and international potential.

Trinn 1 is the start: Bolder structures the concept and sales material, sets up the Norway Booking intelligence on approved material, and publishes a website that presents the value proposition and gives potential partners a way to get in touch or register interest.

Later rounds can clarify the value for each group, how they want to collaborate and which pricing model fits. Price and scope can be agreed per round.

You Keep Ownership

Each guide or provider keeps ownership of their own expertise, products, prices, capacity and local relationships, and can keep their offers updated in a way that suits their everyday work.

How knowledge developed or used jointly can be shared across actors is agreed with the actors involved in a concrete activation round.

Common Questions

Who owns the content?
Providers keep their own expertise, products, prices and capacity. Rules for jointly developed material are clarified per round.
Do I update my own information?
That is the idea. Some will do it themselves after training, others may need more support; the first round shows which split works.
Is booking and availability integrated?
Not in the start-up delivery. Connections to existing systems may become clearer after the first rounds.
What does it cost?
Trinn 1 is $7,500 plus Pro Basic at $200 per month. Later rounds are priced per round.
What happens after I register interest?
Registering gives an overview of interested guides, providers and partners, and helps show which group is the most relevant to start with.
