For centuries, indigenous knowledge has been documented by outsiders — framed through colonial lenses, stripped of context, and published without consent. Voices of Ancestral Peoples exists to end that pattern.

Every story published here is shared on the terms of those who hold it. Indigenous leaders and communities decide what is made available, how it is framed, and who may access it. The platform serves as a vessel — not an interpreter.

This is media as ceremony: deliberate, respectful, and in service of the knowledge-keepers rather than the audience.
