Capacity Before Capital
Capital should not be prescribed before the conditions for using it effectively are established. The Blueprint begins by understanding purpose and system readiness — governance, evidence, coordination and capacity — before any capital architecture is proposed.
From Leverage Points to Capital Structures
Once leverage points and intervention pathways are identified, the Blueprint moves into Capital Architecture — determining which forms of capital and resources are appropriate, and when — and then into Structuring, translating those pathways into implementable investment mechanisms.
Evidence and learning close the loop, connecting activities, outputs and outcomes back to contribution and adaptation. This is a living decision architecture, not a rigid template — its depth and configuration depend on the client and the system.
