What already exists becomes more connected, more useful and more capable of generating new value for the people and ecosystems creating it.

coOwn could provide a shared intelligence layer that augments and amplifies what already exists across the Foundation's ecosystem — connecting knowledge, people, ideas and intelligent tools so that new collaborations, opportunities and value can emerge.

Sovereign by design. Collaborative by choice.

Intelligence is abundant. Connection is not. Knowledge, relationships and experience already exist — but they remain fragmented across organizations, projects and platforms. The technologies used to connect them often extract information from its source, remove context and attribution, and concentrate the resulting value elsewhere.

A different digital ground can break that loop. People and organizations retain ownership and control while connecting what they choose — so intelligence compounds, collaboration becomes easier and value can return to its source.

Individual intelligence remains individual
Young people and organizations build and control their own knowledge, identities and contributions.
Shared intelligence compounds
As trusted participants contribute, connected knowledge becomes more useful across the ecosystem.
Value returns to source
Value created locally should have a pathway back to the people and communities who created it.
Decision-making stays local
Independent communities can connect knowledge and opportunities without surrendering their independence.
A commons where intelligence can compound — and value can return to source

An open door, not a pitch

We would welcome the opportunity to discuss anything presented here or explore any living use case more deeply — especially ReGen4futures, whose work has clear parallels with the Foundation.

Once we understand the Foundation's priorities, we can narrow the focus and begin with one small, practical project. No formal proposition is required.

A call or an in-person visit — wherever is most useful for the Foundation.

We could also meet during UNGA 81, Climate Week NYC or Devex, in New York City later this month.
