Sunshine, clouds, wind and calm seas continuously change the landscape - and on beautiful evenings, the sun slowly disappears behind the islands directly in front of the property.

The waterfront is being gradually developed into an important part of the Flesland experience — a place for relaxation, swimming and spending time close to the water.

The Future Sauna
The vision for Fleslandsvegen 208A goes beyond simply providing accommodation. A private sauna is planned directly by the waterfront, with large panoramic windows facing the sea — creating a place where guests can enjoy the changing weather, surrounding islands and sunset from inside the sauna.
Future plans also include opportunities to experience the surrounding coastline and islands from the sea, with boat rental and other seaside activities being explored as part of the continued development of the property.
Under the Northern Sky
During the darker seasons, you may even be lucky enough to experience the Northern Lights from the property — a quiet, private vantage point on the coast of Western Norway, far from any city glow.
