Human-centered Practices

My research is about what impacts the creation of technology and how this again impacts the service situation especially in relation to co-created experiences. I am applying the perspective of Human-centered practices as an alternative way of creating technologies, taking away the inhibitions of surveillance capitalism practices. Unlocking the potential of technology supported co-creation.

One of my advantages as a researcher is my unique background in adventure tourism, and the application and development of service systems, interest in philosophy and my knowledge about methodologies that include; AI, network analysis, Game theory and systems design.
