An international expert in entrepreneurship and private sector development. From 2006 to 2019, she headed UNCTAD’s Entrepreneurship Programme, leading the EMPRETEC network in over 40 countries to support SMEs and inclusive growth. She has advised governments, developed policy frameworks, and contributed to global initiatives on innovation and sustainable development.
