LOCALfest 25 - NEWS

Regrettably LOCALfest 25 has been cancelled and will not take place on 15-17 October in Dunkeld and Birnam. 

This is due to a number of interrelated issues with funding and local support which at first led to us scaling back the event to 2 days and ultimately cancelling it as the original vision was being compromised too much. 

There was considerable backing from many partners so we fully  expect this to be resurrected at some future point.

LOCALfest 25 was led by a dynamic steering group consisting of Traceless Tours, Dunkeld, Birnam & District Community Development Trust, The Chapter House Museum Trust, Historic Environment Scotland and SCOTO CIC with ticketing fully supported by SCOTO’s partner Bolder.
